25 years ago, two traditional cottages of Kentish flint and hanging tiles were converted to the farm house on our working farm.

We offer our guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the peace and comfort of our home surrounded by greenfields, situated half way between the village of Downe and Keston, yet only 30 minutes from Central London. 10 mins from junction 4, M25, 5 mins from Biggin Hill Airport, 10 mins from Bromley or Orpington. Many historic houses N.T & E.H are within a short drive. Darwin's House at Downe and the Wilberforce Oak can also be easily reached by public footpath.

The accommodation consists of 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, a separate lounge with T.V. is available for guests. There is ample parking for several cars. All prices quoted on request include full English Breakfast.
